1. Introduction

Welcome to HouseDesk (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HouseDesk mobile application (“App”), developed and operated in Switzerland.
By downloading or using HouseDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


2. Use of the Application

HouseDesk is a personal home management app that allows users to organize household information, recipes, inventories, lists, plants, and property data.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.


3. Accounts and Data Responsibility

HouseDesk does not collect or store any personal data on external servers. All user data is stored locally on your device or, if you are a premium user, synchronized via your personal cloud account (such as Apple iCloud or Google Drive).

You are entirely responsible for managing and backing up your data. If data is lost, deleted, or corrupted, HouseDesk cannot recover or restore it.


4. Premium and Lifetime Subscriptions

HouseDesk offers both free and paid plans:

  • Free version (Freemium): Limited access to certain features.

  • Premium subscription: USD 30 per year (auto-renewable).

  • Lifetime license: USD 60 one-time purchase.

All payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Any billing, renewal, or refund requests must be handled directly through the relevant store platform and are subject to their terms of service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials within HouseDesk are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

HouseDesk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or the prevention of data loss. You use the App at your own risk.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseDesk and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, productivity, or profits.


8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
